These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BridgePit desktop software, this website, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Luc François Python, a sole proprietorship established in Switzerland, doing business as "BridgePit" ("BridgePit", "we", "us"). By purchasing a subscription, activating a license key, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BridgePit is locally-installed software that receives alert messages you configure in third-party charting platforms (such as TradingView) and transmits, from your own computer, the resulting order instructions to a brokerage account that you own and control.
BridgePit is a software tool, not a financial service. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or financial intermediary. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations, do not create or sell trading strategies, do not hold, receive, or transmit customer funds, and do not have access to or custody of your brokerage account. Every trading decision embodied in your alerts and strategies is yours alone.
Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that:
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own trading. A license or subscription covers the number of live brokerage accounts stated for your plan. You may not resell, sublicense, share license keys, reverse engineer (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law), or use the Service to provide execution services to third parties.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The founding offer ("first 50 — $49/mo locked for life") means the monthly price for the Pro plan will not increase for as long as your subscription remains continuously active; it lapses if the subscription is cancelled or payment fails permanently.
Where a free trial is offered, you can cancel during the trial at no charge. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable; if something went wrong, contact us — we deal fairly with honest problems.
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms and brokers (e.g. TradingView, Tradovate, Rithmic). Those services have their own terms, fees, and availability; we are not responsible for them, and an interruption or change on their side may interrupt the Service. You are responsible for holding the required accounts and API permissions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED OR EXECUTED AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR PRICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OR FAILED EVALUATIONS OR FUNDED ACCOUNTS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED; AND (b) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence under Article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license for material breach of these Terms (including license sharing or abuse). Sections 1, 2, 7, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and for subscribers by email where feasible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory statutory forum.
